Taiwan Professional Volleyball League Year 2 Volleyball Referee Selection Implementation Plan
1. Basis: This regulation is implemented in accordance with Chapter 1, Article 2, Paragraph 3, Item 3 of the Taiwan Professional Volleyball League Articles of Organization.
2. Purpose: Taiwan Professional Volleyball League (hereinafter referred to as the League), in order to improve the quality of referees in our country and cultivate volleyball referees for the League, has specially formulated this implementation plan (hereinafter referred to as this Plan).
3. Organizer: Taiwan Professional Volleyball Co., Ltd.
4. Schedule and Location of the League's Events: From October this year to April next year, for a total of about 7 months, held in the home counties/cities of each team.
5. Eligibility:
(1) From now until August 28, Year 115 (Friday) at 23:59. Late applications will not be accepted.
(2) Aged between 22 and under 60, with a senior high school diploma or above, regardless of gender, and holding a Grade A or above referee qualification from the Chinese Taipei Volleyball Association.
(3) Applicants with any of the following circumstances are not allowed to participate in the selection:
1. Committing offenses of causing bodily harm. However, negligent offenses are excluded.
2. Committing offenses specified in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Sexual Assault Crime Prevention Act, offenses against public morals, and offenses against freedom.
3. Committing offenses under the Narcotics Hazard Prevention Act.
4. Committing the offense of homicide.
5. Violating relevant regulations of the Sports Doping Control Regulations.
6. Those publicly listed in the "Information Zone for Unfit Coaches Involved in Illegal Incidents" announced on the official website of the Ministry of Sports.
6. Registration Method:
(1) This selection is strictly through online registration.
(2) Please fill out the registration form in detail and provide relevant proof of qualifications.

(4) Those who do not meet the qualifications or have incomplete information will not be included in this selection. The League will compile and announce the selection list on the official website.
7. Selection Method:
(1) First Stage:
1. Selection Content: Written test (rules), oral test (Chinese). Candidates are requested to bring their own stationery for the test.
2. Selection Time: September 2, Year 115 (Wednesday), 10:00 AM
3. Selection Location: The League's conference room.
4. Number of Admissions: According to the League's referee selection measures and the actual number of referee personnel required by the League, candidates will be admitted based on merit at each stage.
(2) Second Stage:
1. Training Content: League regulations, rules, introduction to refereeing (duties and psychology), referee guide, referee practice, case studies, challenge system, scoring method (including electronic scoring), development trends in volleyball techniques and tactics.
2. Training Time: September 12, Year 115 (Saturday), 09:00 AM
3. Training Location: The League's conference room.
4. Training Fee: NT$3,000 (Please pay upon check-in on the day).
5. Number of Admissions: According to the League's referee selection measures and the actual number of referee personnel required by the League, candidates will be admitted based on merit at each stage.
8. This plan shall be implemented after being approved by the Taiwan Professional Volleyball League, and the same applies to any amendments.
